Frequently Asked Questions

We make straps, bands and accessories for the Google Fitbit Air: braided nylon sport loops, ribbed and soft silicone bands, slim woven bands with a metal case, bicep armbands for workouts and charging docks. We do not sell the Fitbit Air tracker itself.

Yes. Every strap and armband is made for the Google Fitbit Air tracker. The tracker pops out of one band and clicks into the next, so you can swap styles in seconds without tools.

Hold the band on both sides of the tracker and push down on top of the tracker to pop it out. Line up the small marks and press it into the new band from below until it clicks, then double-tap the top: the light flashes when it is seated. Read the step-by-step guide.

For sweaty workouts and water, choose silicone (the Ribbed Silicone Sport Band or the Soft Silicone Loop) because it rinses clean and dries fast. For lifting, boxing and long runs, the Sport Bicep Armband moves the tracker off your wrist. For all-day wear and sleep, the light Nylon Sport Loop is the most comfortable. Compare every strap.

Rinse it with fresh water and, if needed, a little hypoallergenic soap, then let it air dry completely before wearing it again. Clean it more often after workouts. How to clean every strap type.
